These were created for The Crown Estate - botanical pieces for a lift lobby which link to the adjacent living wall and biodiversity throughout the building. The choice to keep the botanical theme gives a balance and calmness to the space. These are cyanotypes made directly from nature, they capture fleeting moments. Removing colour and detail makes us focus on the shapes. There’s so much beauty in nature, but sometimes we need a different perspective to notice.
